We've had this chandelier in our breakfast room that I purchased from CB2 for 3 years now. I really like the simplicity and modern look it has to it. Problem is, it wasn't giving out enough light. We tried changing out the light bulb to a higher volt but that didn't help.

So I decided to change it out, not that I'm complaining. I've had my eye on RH orb chandelier for awhile now, I really like the shape and rustic feel it has to it but with a price tag of $675.00 -um yeah not so much.

Then one day while picking up some paint supplies at Lowe's, I decided to take a peek at their lighting when I came across this one from Allen Roth. As you can see it almost has a similar look to RH'S version, okay maybe it doesn't really look like it but it has everything I was looking for and it was within my price range. So I quickly grabbed this baby and brought it home with me.

It looks absolutely fab! I’ve always loved the slightly dramatic look that these chandeliers give, perfect place for a kitchen or breakfast room!

ReplyDeleteLove the new fixture. I have one like your other one hanging in my stairwell and it is bright enough for an area like that, but I can see if wouldn't be very good in a space that need a lot of light.
