I am loving me some black and white abstract art now more than ever. I especially love the way it looks in a gold picture frame paired with antique furniture and brass accents....ooh -la-la
Black and white has always been my favorite color combo - it's so classy, simple, and bold! And always makes a great statement! Which is why I'm actually surprised I don't own any abstract paintings in b&w. Not to be confused with modern decorative art because I have quite a few of those. I am talking along the lines of this....

I've slowly been adding design elements to the kitchen to make it complete (promise it will be done soon). We have this wall that separates the kitchen from the living room and one of the big puzzle pieces that room is missing is art. And since some of the art that I have been looking at is on the pricey side I plan on diy. From what I have read on blogland, painting abstract isn't that difficult to do.Well just see about that! Hopefully I'll have something to show you next week...... Have a great day...xo
